Listening to my clients I constantly heard "I know I need to eat better, I know I need more exercise, I know I need time for self-care” Most of us know exactly what we need to do to be healthy– so why there is so many sick people?

 

Making your health a priority is the number one action if you’re going to improve it, but it’s easier said than done. I help clients sort through the physical, emotional and nutritional contributors to good health, and get them on a better track to improved health.

 

Food when digested efficiently becomes our best medicine. I know, because good nutrition and effective assimilation of nutrients helped me healed after cancer 16 years ago. Since then, I’ve made it my life’s work to help others unlock their body’s natural power to prevent disease and preserve balanced health.

I practice a Holistic Nutrition approach to health, I believe food is only one kind of nourishment. When our body, spirit and emotions work together, we can enjoy good health, more energy, and feel great. We are one entity, as our body and mind are linked by many mind-body systems e.g. nervous system, digestive system, microbiome, our emotions and feelings play a huge role in the assimilation of nutrients, Gut health, and in our immune system functions as well.
